Pricing questions
What does "live" mean?
You can build as many events as you like for free: add attendees, hotels, travel, seating and branding. When you press Go live, the event’s guest pages, kiosk, displays and emails switch on. A live event finishes by itself a few days after its end date.
Event pass or subscription?
An event pass (£249) is right for a one-off event. If you run events through the year, the annual subscription (£849) lets you run one live event at a time, as many times as you like.
What is an additional account?
Each account is one person who can be an Administrator or Event Admin, and comes with its own live event. The subscription includes one; add more for £599 a year each, up to 10. Event Users work within the events you choose and are free.
Can I run two events at the same time?
Yes. Each additional account adds a live event, or make one more event live as an extra live event for £149.
What happens when my trial ends?
Everything you set up stays. Buy an event pass when you go live, or subscribe, to carry on.
