  1. Sign up

    Start a free trial from any button on this site. Your account is ready straight away.

  2. Add your branding

    Add your logo, colours and fonts. Every page, display and email uses them, not ours.

  3. Set up your event

    Create the event and pick its features: hotels, travel, seating, check-in and group boards.

  4. Add your attendees

    Add people one at a time or import a spreadsheet. Every feature shares the same list.

  5. Go live

    Press Go live when you’re ready. Then open the kiosk, put the displays up and email everyone their personal details.
